Stephanie Miller brings over two decades of dance experience and more than ten years of teaching experience to Karen’s School of Dance. She began dancing at age six and trained competitively throughout high school.
She continued dancing at the University of Michigan where she performed with and later served as president of Cadence Dance Company while earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Stephanie began teaching while she was in college and quickly discovered her passion for working with young dancers.
At KSD, Stephanie enjoys teaching ballet, pointe, jazz, lyrical, and pre dance classes for both recreational and competitive students. Outside the studio, she works as a registered nurse in the Pediatric Cardiac ICU at Mott Children’s Hospital in Ann Arbor. She lives with her husband Brian and their son Henry, born in August 2025, and is excited for another wonderful season at KSD.
