Mackenzie has been a competitive dancer since the age of three. She graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Minor in Dance. While completing her studies at Michigan State she was also a member of the MSU ELITE Competitive Dance Team. She later joined Orchesis Dance Company as a performer, instructor, and choreographer for their weekly classes and annual showcase.

She is going into her third year of coaching with the Bloomfield Hills High School Dance Team. She previously worked full time in marketing and events. A recent accomplishment of hers is she received an invitation to training camp for her second season with the Detroit Lions Cheerleaders.

In addition to dance, Mackenzie has experience and a love for musical theater, modeling, and even has a movie credit to her name. She is absolutely elated to join the KSD family and is incredibly grateful for this opportunity.

Her life motto is “no matter what, show up and live in the moment”.
