Alison, also known as Ali, began dancing at the age of three and trained at Karen’s School of Dance under the direction of Karen Kern. As a competitive dancer she achieved tremendous success, earning multiple National Grand Championships and several prestigious title honors.

She continued her professional dance career as a Detroit Lions Cheerleader, performing for eight seasons. During her time with the organization she served as Captain for five seasons, was selected as a Pro Bowl Cheerleader, and received numerous honors including Rookie of the Year and MVP.

Ali also brings extensive coaching experience at the high school, collegiate, and elite all star levels. She serves as Assistant Coach for the Michigan State Elite Competitive Dance Team and continues coaching the Milford High School Varsity Pom Team. She also helped launch and co coach Shockwave Elite Allstars in its inaugural season. Ali is passionate about mentoring young dancers and helping every student reach their fullest potential.
