Alicia Schulte is a passionate educator who loves sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm for dance with her students. With extensive training and a professional background in education,
she creates a supportive environment where dancers can grow both technically and artistically. She also leads the studio’s Assistant Teacher Training Program.
Alicia began dancing at age seven and trained locally while studying with nationally respected teachers including Eugene Mills, Doug Caldwell, and Joe Tremaine. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Western Michigan University where she also minored in dance and performed as a member of the Orchesis Dance Society.
Since graduating in 1998, Alicia has dedicated her career to teaching and mentoring young dancers. Her choreography has received numerous awards, and many of her students have earned titles, scholarships, and recognition at regional and national competitions. Several have gone on to pursue dance at prestigious universities and perform with professional companies.
