Ashley Sansom
Ashley Sansom
Ashley has been dancing since the age of three. Ashley belonged to a local competitive dance team and studied tap, jazz, ballet, contemporary, Cecchetti, and lyrical. She started tap dancing around the age of 11 when she had moved to a new dance studio. This is where she discovered her love and passion for tap. Ashley even started a Tap Troupe for students while attending Saginaw Valley State University.
Beyond her love for dance, Ashley has a passion for children and youth. Ashley is a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) and works full-time with at-risk youth in the community. She also enjoys spending her free time with the love of her life, her dogs, Precious and Parker. Her combination of personal and professional experience creates a fun and unique environment in the classroom. Ashley strongly values hard-work, fun, and passion. She embodies the family dance environment and is always there to support the children she works with. Ashley is beyond excited to be a part of the KSD family!
